“Great location and the staff were really helpful and friendly! Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was very hard but we were only there for two nights so it didn't really bother us that much. We had breakfast in a lovely sunny courtyard garden. Not much choice but what was there was nice. I would definitely stay there again!!”

“I have stayed here 4 or 5 times and always satisfied. When I arrive I feel like I am back to my Venice home! It is very quiet and reasonably priced. And one great feature, I can actually find it from the vaperreto stop at ca rezzonico on the Grand Canal. The brothers who run the small hotel (7 rooms that once was the palazzo of a private family) are very kind and helpful. I hope to go back this year , 2022!”

“Staff was kind and helpful. My daughter was sick part of the time and they where very considerate. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were large. Patio was just coming into season, but can see where that would be nice too. Good value, loved the location, right across the canal from a fun jazz club too.”

“Close to transport links, shops and restaurants, though away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists. Large rooms with air conditioning and a basic breakfast is served outside in the peaceful garden. Church bells can be heard throughout the day, but quiet at night.”
